Pre-listing phase

We will schedule an in-home consultation so we can determine the amount of rent your furnished property will bring. This stage also includes signing contracts and taking pictures of the property for the listing.

Active Listing Stage

Your rental is now being marketed on the most popular real estate websites. In this stage we will be showing the property to potential tenants and screening them.

Closing the deal

The lease will be created and sent out electronically to all parties to sign.

Our Pricing
We have a very straight forward and easy to understand fee structure, with no "a la carte" pricing. Other than the monthly management fee, there is only one other fee (leasing fee). Best of all our service is premium when compared to other management companies.
