RENTAL PROCESS

• We show you the property.

• Fill out the application online.

• We look the application over and discuss with the owner

• If owner likes your info, we then collect the $50 app fee per adult and run the background check.

• If cleared the owner will give final approval and the lease will be sent out. Security deposit is immediately due upon signing the lease.

• Day of move in remainder of what you owe is due (example….rent,rental tax, cleaning deposit, pet fee, admin fee, etc).
